It is very hard for foreigners who don’t speak Japanese to start business. Unfortunately most of Japanese people don’t use English for business. Also English education system is very behind.
Some article say Japanese people are familiar with reading English, but not good at speaking. This is true. BUT I’m sure most of them never read English WEB site.
